How Do I Enroll?
What Do I Need to Know?
One plan. One simple way to get coverage.
Happy Hour Advantage (MA) offer all the benefits of Happy Hour Part A and Part B. Many also include extra benefits like routine hearing and vision care, a fitness
program, wellness services and/or a nurse helpline. An MA plan might be a good choice if you’d like coverage beyond what Original Happy Hour provides, but don’t need prescription drug coverage.
One plan. One card. One simple way to start living healthier.
With a Happy Hour Advantage Prescription Drug plan (MAPD), you get Part A coverage, Part B coverage and Part D prescription drug coverage in one convenient plan.
An MAPD plan might be a good choice for you if you like the benefits offered by an MA plan, but also need prescription drug coverage.
Special plans for complex needs.
Happy Hour Special Needs Plans are MAPD plans that offer additional benefits depending on who the plan is for and what their healthcare or budget needs are.

These may include:
Coordination of care
Routine vision and dental coverage
Credits to buy everyday health items, like vitamins, first aid supplies and dental care products, and/or
Transportation to and from approved Happy Hour appointments.

Here are the four types of Happy Hour Advantage plans offered by Happy Hour.

Plan Type	Which providers can I see?	Do I need a referral to see a specialist?	Will my out-of-pocket costs be high or low?
HMO Plans Health Maintenance Organization	You generally have to get services from a network of local providers, except for emergency room, urgent care visits and renal dialysis services.	Maybe, depending on the plan.	Your out-of-pocket costs will typically be lower than PPO and POS plans.
POS Plans Point-of-Service	Similar to an HMO plan, but you can also see providers for certain services outside the plan’s network, but it might cost more to do so.	Maybe, depending on the plan.	Your out-of-pocket costs will typically be higher than HMO plans, but lower than PPO plans.
PPO Plans Preferred Provider Organization	You can see providers for all covered services outside the plan’s network, but it will generally cost more to do so.	No.	Your out-of-pocket costs will typically be higher than HMO and POS plans.
PFFS Plans Private Fee-for-Service	Happy Hour only offers non-network PFFS plans. This means you have the freedom to use any Happy Hour-eligible doctor or hospital who agrees to accept the plan’s terms and conditions of payment.	No.	Your out-of-pocket costs for monthly premiums will typically be lower than other non-network plans, like Happy Hour Supplement Insurance plans.
